lives through several techniques I will tech you including self
hypnosis. You will have tools when you finish to use for the rest
of your life.
- You will use a state of the art weight management audio/visual
program to help you reframe your thinking about food and if you
change your thinking you will change your body.
- You will learn about nutrition and the vitamins and minerals
you need to stay healthy and get your body to burn fat instead
of laying it on your thighs.
